DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 2-3 working days of your account order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages, or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. Non-EU countries may be subject to tax and duties on goods purchased. The payment of Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, Shell Craft Wexford take no responsibility for country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with the delivery of your package. When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period), this is extended to 14 days if you are located within the European Union. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding return delivery cost). If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. All goods returned must be unused and repacked in the original box. Return the goods to us by post. (Please contact us for return address). Please include your order reference number and full name. Please also include an image of the item showing the damage. Once verified, we can then work with you on a solution. The return postage charge must be paid by the customer and this will not be refunded by the company unless the item is faulty. It is advisable that you insure the return parcel so it will be traceable as we will not be responsible for goods lost in the post.

Here at Shell Craft Wexfrod we operate a privacy pledge to ensure the information you submit to us is done so in the strictest of confidence. Your information will be used for the sole purpose of processing your transactions only and will not be sold, traded, shared or passed under any circumstances to any third party. Payment system is used to provide a secure payment processing service. We gather and use your information in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988-2003, the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) and any Irish implementing legislation (“the applicable data protection legislation”).
